I went to AdventHealth in Parker last September because my Ulcerative Colitis had been flaring up for the last 6-9 months and it was the 3rd time I was in the hospital for it in the last year. Abby was assigned to help me while in the hospital and was above and beyond nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I had told her about my other gastroenterologist in California and what medication I was on and Abby was shocked and told me she could fix me. Pharmacy has tried to contact her three times for an authorization for a medication. I spoke to someone in the office last week and they said they were taking care of it. Still not done. Over a month after the procedure and I still can't get them medication to treat the problem
Never follows up after tests and takes months to get in to see and then cancels because she is sick. This has happened twice!
Never followed up after initial visit and recommended procedures. Not one phone call. This is not healthcare.
