Our daughter and her family go to Dr. Love. We went for a visit for the first time today. I felt more comfortable than I ever have with a doctor. Thank you so much for caring so dearly for our family.
The best PCP I have ever had! She truly cares about me as a patient and has a wonderful bedside manner.

This is my mother’s doctor and I cannot wait until she switches PCP’s. I’m sure Dr.Love was a great doctor at some point in her career, but currently, she does not listen and passes off her patients to every other specialty (which takes months to get an appointment btw). She has referred my mother every time to the ER because you cannot get an appointment with her for weeks. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Abigail Love. She rarely followed up on my concerns, and I often felt that my care was not a priority. Most communication was handled by nurses through the patient portal, and I was repeatedly told to wait 1 to 3 business days for a response, even when my concerns were urgent. I expected better communication, follow-up, and compassion from my primary care physician. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet those expectations.
