Had an appointment at 11am and they wanted me in at 10:45. Due to my work, I’m often unable to leave if I am stuck on a call. At 10:55, I called to ask if it’s ok for me to head over right away (I work 10 min away) and was told no because the doctors next patients have already arrived. My appointment was at 11! Unfortunately I’m unable to switch PCPs.. would not recommend!
