After yrs of suffering, physically, emotionally and mentally I found the lovely Bronni and a wonderful caring safe environment to heal. My first session was calm and attentive. After my initial session my body felt a liberation that I've never felt before with any types of modalities. First time in a very long time I've had no pain. Even the thoughts in my head dissapated. I am absolutely loving my Spinal Flow sessions! I honestly can’t say if it’s just the Spinal Flow or a combination of things, but since starting I have so much more energy, a far more positive outlook on the future, and I’m managing my pain so much better when it does flare up. As I was scrolling on Facebook 'Abiding Body Wellness ' popped up. I'd never heard of Spinal Flow before & had a lovely chat with Bronni to see if this was going to be the right fit for me 🤗 Bronni was so lovely on the phone - explained how it works & answered all my questions.
