My interactions with ABI have been smooth and seamless. Ashlee was wonderful to deal with in store. She was very patient helping me place my large order. Ashlee managed to calm the overwhelm I was feeling embarking on my first new build. Follow up questions have all been addressed quickly and seamlessly. Highly recommend.
Ashlee and Jackson (and everyone else too!) were great with our quite complex orders. We had many changes, different delivery times and addresses etc, but they always kept on top of it and were so good to deal with! Ashlee's help in the showroom was amazing, it felt like a beautiful collaborative process :) Thanks everyone!

We visited the Gold Coast showroom today to select fixtures and tiles for a new ensuite. We were greeted by Ashlee and she helped us through the whole process. What began as something we were quite daunted by finished with selections we are really excited about. Grateful for Ashlee’s guidance and expertise, and everything was in stock. Will be back for all of the other rooms as we work through our renovation and extension.
