From the very beginning the customer service was absolutely amazing - by far one of the best companies I dealt with. I started with a design meeting where I got amazing advice (and even some tips) for the rooms we were renovating (we did a kitchen, ensuite, bathroom and laundry), made a few tweaks over the following days before locking in our purchases. We are embarking on our first ever renovation and entered ABI feeling very overwhelmed and unsure of where to start. Ashlee immediately took us under her wing.
