I contacted them (they were my insurance agents) to cancel my insurance (that's an official Erie Insurance procedure). I was informed that I have to write an email with the cancellation request. I did. I even sent 2 emails. One to the address that was given to me over the phone and another to the address that I used a year ago to cancel another Erie policy. And it was way ahead of renewal time... Nevertheless, they have the audacity to send me a harassing request to pay for those renewed policies that I asked to be terminate... read more
