I reached out to ABi to repair my elderly brother’s garage door, and it was fixed the very next day. A massive thank you to Caelan, who booked us in over the phone, and also to Brad, the engineer.

My teenage son closed the garage with the remote sitting inside so we couldn't get in! This garage was installed in 2007 by Abi. I reached out to Steve (after hours), who promptly gave me instructions on how we could gain access to the garage with the keys (I had no idea the keys could disengage with motor!) Within a few minutes, we were able to open the door. Getting great customer support 18 years after the door was installed is much appreciated! Thanks Steve!
