I’m usually not one for reviews, but this time, I had an exceptional experience with a project manager named Daniel. From the initial inspection to checking the roof and attic, which other roofers didn’t do, Daniel was outstanding throughout the entire job. I chose ABI simply for the financing option, their prices were the highest of all my bids. With that said the finished product is okay. For 76k I really did expect better. I received only 3 of the color samples I had asked to see on the house. Roofers broke my driveway delivering supplies and ABI responded by proving me a quote to pay them to repair it. Quite the nerve. They were informed a cement fountain was against the house and would need to be moved before the house was painted. I was assured that wouldn’t be an issue. ... read more
