We had a disappointing first experience at Abhushan Jewellers in Columbus, Ohio. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. First of all, my earring broke just within 2 days of wearing. Secondly, the lady at the store was extremely arrogant. She doesn’t want to show anything, and whatever we ask her to show has to be bought, we cannot ask for another one to compare. This is so disgusting. Never ever visit this shop again. I was a bit skeptical about visiting this shop by looking at the other reviews. Still I went and that was the mistake i made. Now i regret. Please think twice if you plan to visit this shop.
They are not professionals, they don’t know how to treat customers, they are not showing and explaining the product while telling you the price which is a kind of insult that you are not the buyer , they almost charge 45% labor cost which is no where, overall impression is zero,
