Perfect place to shop. My mum bought me an outfit from here, it was amazing. Thank you to the spectacular owners, they always put customer service before anything. Their top priority is you! These nasty reviews probably just did something which was stupid and made their PERSONAL experience horrible. I recommend this boutique to anybody looking for top tier bridal and semi-bridal outfits. Thanks so much!
WORST customer service EVER. UNPROFESSIONAL, DECEITFUL, RUDE, and they don't know how to run a business. Deserves less than 0/5. Their store should be shut down, and they need to be actioned. One of the owners was on the phone the entire time gossiping rather than attending to me, had no interest in providing me any service. Told me to use a change room which was half open because of a pile of clothes at the bottom and hanging on the door, how digusting! Then she tried to deceive me, & tried selling a suit that was too small... read more
