The office is friendly and has a nice setting. Staff are friendly and helpful. They answer any questions you have and explain what was done after. I had an endoscopy so I trusted the doctor and his staff. All is good.
The process was extremely informative, comfortable and professional. I was able to feel well directed and confident in the entire team.

There was only one interaction that I experienced as intrusive, and it has to do with the medical culture as much as the individual interactions. For Individuals who struggle with eating disorders, self image, perception of self, or simple anxiety management , allowing personal choice strengthens ones willingness to exercise their ownership/responsibility regarding their own health.
