I was hospitalized in July at Palms West. This doctor confuses hospitalized patients. He sent nurse with insulin to my room when I am NOT diabetic. Glad I ask what I was getting and demanded the nurse to get correct medical file. I could have been killed. If this was not enough the same doctor discharge me with Nicotine patches when I have never been a smoker.
