Very poor experience with Abhay Auto Bajaj, Kashipur. I purchased a Bajaj Pulsar NS160 after being informed that it was a Dual-Channel ABS model. After servicing the bike at Rudrapur, They told that the bike is actually a Single-Channel ABS variant. The biggest issue is the lack of knowledge of staff. The Kashipur sales manager did not answer my calls and later blocked my number. The staff were polite but lacked proper product knowledge and could not explain the issue.
