Dont recommend her at all. She was fine initially but got really shady with me a caretaker for my dad that went through hell with sepsis and then cancer. During my dad’s radiation she told him for me to stop calling the office. Who are you to tell someone when to stop calling? I confronted her about it and said it was a ‘misunderstanding’. Last day of radiation she wasnt there for my dad. All she does is charge insurance and paycheck. Go somewhere else. Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt that my needs were greatly acknowledged. The reception area experience was the best ever not only on my first visit but every appointment was welcomed with compassion and genuine concern. Everyone working there were so very loving and caring making sure I was comfortable and at ease. Their kindness, smiles, hugs and jokes made each appointment tolerable. I would like to thank Dr Patel and her entire staff for making my treatment visits so easy. After I was referred to Dr Patel the process went very smoothly from the initial consultation to 'graduation' after my final treatment. I saw Dr Patel once a week and she asked about any issues I was having and answered all my questions.
