Took several weeks to be able to get an appointment just to have my ears cleaned out, which he never did. He sent me to the audiologist, who was very thorough & knowledgeable. She told me FAR more than Dr. Gundale did. She sent the report to him & said his office would make an appointment to go over the results. After several weeks of hearing nothing, I called.
