ZERO STARS. This doctor denied me care, was unprofessional, and showed a complete lack of empathy. I strongly caution anyone considering treatment here.
WARNING: Unsafe, Dishonest, and Only About Money This surgeon is completely unsafe and dishonest. My procedure was a total failure, yet he showed zero communication, zero accountability, and zero compassion. He never showed up for follow-ups, left my pain ignored, and offered no help whatsoever. It feels like the focus is on making money, not helping patients. If you value your health and safety, stay far away from Dr. Basu.
My family had an excellent experience with Dr. Basu and our intake nurse that day, Monique. The office was spotless, the staff was friendly. My mother had an urgent issue and they were able to get us an appointment within a few days instead of a month out. Dr. Basu was kind, professional, and explained everything using an anatomy model. I highly recommend him and the practice.
