Simple directions….handicap parking is for people with a handicap. Handicap parking is not for van 37 from ABG Caulking and Waterproofing. Parked in handicap parking spot, went into Weigel’s and brought his pizza to the van then proceeded to eat while still parked in the HANDICAP spot, mind you, there were multiple open spots when this smug employee of yours determined that no handicap customer would be pulling in.
