Guy had a attitude I left and went down the street
Had a bad experience here with inspector Joaquin. My car has never failed emissions in 12yrs so I was shocked. They gave me a sheet of paper with no explanation like everything was normal, it said failed for readiness. I just had a battery installed prior and didnt know that could cause a fail. The guy didnt seem to care and had an air of arrogance about him.
