On the day the delivery was due, I received a call at 3 pm informing me they were not coming. This left me scrambling last minute to find a u haul truck and two men to pick up this 300 lb. Bathroom vanity from their warehouse so it would be ready for the plumber to install at 8 am the following morning. I paid 90 dollars for this delivery that never happened not to mention the cost of the u haul and the payment to the two men that came out of my pocket! Unreliabe!
ABF In Bradenton is the worst among all the Freight companies, their LTL service is really bad, it’s taking almost 3 weeks, for 11 pallets from California. Customer service in Bradenton has been very poor. One of the worst experience in my 10 years
I would highly recommend them they called me to let me know because of the hurricane there was going to be a delay on the delivery when to expect the delivery she was kind courteous and accurate with the information she provided me
