They got me loaded quickly when I arrived at the facility. The only complaint I have is with their communication. I asked to be informed when my shipment was ready for pickup and no one let me know,
Horrible freight company !! Scheduled a dock pickup for 2:30 to save everyone time . Got there at 2:35 and they tell me it’s on a trailer in the yard . This after I called the day before to schedule . Called a drive to come in . Say he will be back in 30 minutes . Which means it’s going to take an hour by the time he drops his trailer , and hooks up anther to move out of the way . Time is money with business !! I will be definitely telling my supplier not to use for my orders in the future
From start to finish, Maine to Georgia, ABF was so easy to deal with and no hidden costs along the way. Hopefully I will never need them again, but if I do, I would use them.
Was very friendly and delivery was fast and efficient! Thank you for a job well done, very much appreciated!
