I had a safe delivered and when it arrived the electronic lock had been damaged and there was a deep scratch through the paint. Sent that one back and ordered another. It showed up worse than the first with scratches and the electronic lock was completely missing and the wires were broken. Be sure to check your shipments prior to them taking it off the truck. Worse, I tried to get another safe from bass pro shops to be delivered by a different shipping service and now the one that I want is unavailable!
Excellent!! The driver went out of his way to let us know when he would be arriving. Would definitely use again, I highly recommend this company and driver.
They got me loaded quickly when I arrived at the facility. The only complaint I have is with their communication. I asked to be informed when my shipment was ready for pickup and no one let me know,
Horrible freight company !! Scheduled a dock pickup for 2:30 to save everyone time . Got there at 2:35 and they tell me it’s on a trailer in the yard . This after I called the day before to schedule . Called a drive to come in . Say he will be back in 30 minutes . Which means it’s going to take an hour by the time he drops his trailer , and hooks up anther to move out of the way . Time is money with business !! I will be definitely telling my supplier not to use for my orders in the future
