We had a time-critical tradeshow shipment going across the border, and ABF helped us tremendously. Their customer service team was incredibly patient, accommodating, and proactive throughout the entire process. They consistently monitored the shipment, kept close surveillance on tracking, and made sure everything stayed on schedule. The customer service reps are truly a cut above the rest—bar none. I highly recommend ABF for any company with cross-border shipping needs.

This company is absolutely the WORST i have dealt with in my 25 years in transportation. They blatantly DO NOT CARE where your freight is or help you when looking for late delvieries. I have had to track down PERSONALLY the companies they are using to find where my freight is myself because they do not want to deal with it themselves. They are truly the most frustrating company i have ever dealt with in my life and DO NOT recommend EVER using these guys.
