Called and ended up speaking to Amy, who was a delight. She was warm and bubbly and a joy to speak with. Definitely a big help, especially trying to track down a package on the fourth Monday of the week.
I ordered a rug that was getting delivered with ABF. They scheduled to bring in one day and never showed up, they then reached out to schedule again while I was on vacation so I got back to it two days later and scheduled for a new delivery date. It was scheduled for two days later, never showed up. I called to find out about it, and they had sent it back to the vendor.
