Time management and pickups scheduled with this carrier is absolutely horrendous. Getting in contact with them is a struggle in general but continuously calling to receive an ETA is absurd. After multiple attempts, they have still failed to pick up on time or even assign a driver for pickup. Having us accommodate by staying multiple hours after operations should not be an expectation from carriers when they’ve been contacted various times throughout the day. I wish I could give lower than a one star. First they said the drop of window was 6 hours. Then I made an appointment to pick it. They knew about the appointment and didi not get the delivery ready. I scheduled 2 days work around their appointment. This company just cost me well over a $1000 because being inept.

Just had the best experience with driver Jay Schardt. Not only was he on time to the second, he called to let me know he was here. He then offered straps to use to help tie down a few loose pieces. Above and beyond my expectations. Give this man a raise !
