Very Unprofessional and Unsafe Truck Driver I had a very bad experience with this company’s truck driver. The driver operating semi-truck #1502, hauling trailer #306259, hit my car while merging into my lane on the right side. The driver failed to properly check his hood mirror before changing lanes. What made the situation even more concerning was that the driver admitted that he had been using his phone while driving. You are allowed 30min to offload your skid from the truck. We took 57 minutes total (27 extra minutes) and they charged us $200.00 for this! Absolutely insane!
This is the second time a skid shipment was lost. And apparently it is my fault for: Asking for the address the item was delivered to so we can pick it up if need be. "Speak with the driver I can't help" "Were you able to confirm the address with your Driver?"
