You are allowed 30min to offload your skid from the truck. We took 57 minutes total (27 extra minutes) and they charged us $200.00 for this! Absolutely insane!
This is the second time a skid shipment was lost. And apparently it is my fault for: Asking for the address the item was delivered to so we can pick it up if need be. "Speak with the driver I can't help" "Were you able to confirm the address with your Driver?" Extremely rude. Lost shipment. Shipping companies come in 2 types: 1) Gets better, services larger area. ABF: gets worse times go's and cares less.
Don't use this company. They're used by Amazon for return freight to companies and their drivers are horrible. Breaking down pallets and leaving the product anywhere around the building.
