I’ve worked with a lot of freight companies over my 40 years in business, but the ABF team at the Oaks, Pennsylvania terminal - led by George and supported by Sean, Andrew and Tom is by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. If I had to give 0 stars this place would be it. Not specifically this location but the company in general. My dining set (575 pounds) was dropped off at the front of my house. The individual refused to help me put it in my house. He came with up something Covid related on how they don’t help you put something this heavy inside your house. He also mentioned something about if the worker gets hurt or someone gets hurt. Pretty sure trying to take this apart from the crate and lifting it in my house will most likely hurt me but... read more
