Witnessed a delivery by your company yesterday to a medical facility in Temple Texas. Your driver was the rudest person I have ever seen and refused to do his job. How in the world are you in buisness? Shameful.
The absolute worst shipping service for the commercial industry. Why are they so much cheaper you ask? Well you get what you pay for. My product was supposed to be available for pickup on Tuesday morning, here it is Wednesday afternoon and still trying to pick it up! They can’t load in the rain. They can’t load if it’s wet. There isn’t anyone here to load you through the day. Etc. etc. etc.
Came here t pick up 8 moving cubes .... The live load wait time was pretty reasonable about an hour or so ..... The staff was friendly .....
