Today I received my table (I was so happy, and still am) and thankfully it was ok!! I appreciate that!! But what an ugly attitude your driver has! A middle aged short fat guy that couldn't answer my greeting back.. Just asked if I was waiting on chairs.. So besides him being rude, he went back to his truck and started banging things around.. (I was on the other side of the street and it was loud!) He came out with 4 boxes and left them in the middle of the yard. Went back and came back with the last, dumped it the same way..... read more
Excellent company to deal with. Great communication. I was notified by ABF Freight concerning a lift I had order. They provided me the date of arrival and the times I could pickup the lift. When I arrived at their facility, I checked in at the office and provided the individual behind the desk with the required documents. He gave me some directions to wait at and another employee delivered my lift and loaded it on my trailer. All the employee's I encountered at ABF Freight was very accommodating and very friendly. Both men that I spoke with were very patient and helpful. I was very impressed with both men. Its location had easy access and allowed me to quickly pick up my item and then be in my way.
Delivered by ABF order #248794155. Order was delivered on time and box was in perfect condition. Eddie (driver) used a hand truck to roll the fridge all the way to the kitchen door, we don’t have a loading dock! Great job. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews online about ABF but your guy did great!
