Excellent company to deal with. Great communication. I was notified by ABF Freight concerning a lift I had order. They provided me the date of arrival and the times I could pickup the lift. When I arrived at their facility, I checked in at the office and provided the individual behind the desk with the required documents. Both men that I spoke with were very patient and helpful. I was very impressed with both men. Its location had easy access and allowed me to quickly pick up my item and then be in my way.
Delivered by ABF order #248794155. Order was delivered on time and box was in perfect condition. Eddie (driver) used a hand truck to roll the fridge all the way to the kitchen door, we don’t have a loading dock! Great job. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews online about ABF but your guy did great!
