They called me and left a message they had a pallet of something to deliver to my house. I said I am here please deliver. A week later a freight truck backed to my gate. I meet the driver and took the merchandise handed to me off the pallet when i went back to for the second box I has handed a rolled up mass of plastic which was around the boxes and I asked why he was giving the trash to me which he responded we dont take back trash so I took the plastic and threw it away in my trash can and went back for the next box which ... read more
Used ABF u-pack pods this week for a big cross-country move. This terminal’s dispatch team and drivers were so helpful, even going so far to park a few blocks away from my house and forklift all our pods to us when there was construction on our street. They also added an additional pod to our reservation when we ran out of space, and they got it delivered same day. Our pods are moving along quickly too! Highly recommend
Literally couldn’t be happier!! Chris was so kind, gave me a heads up an hour out, called on arrival making the delivery so seamless, quick and easy!!
Kelsey and David were no help and continued to transfer me to the wrong departments. After a 16 minute hold, I hung up and tried again. The employees should have training on what departments handle certain issues. Waste of time with an issue that never got resolved. Do yourself a favor and go with company that trains their employees and has customer service.
ONCE AGAIN THIS COMPANY DROPS THE BALL BIG TIME! We tried to get a discount, but after being transferred to five different departments, no one seems to know who is in charge of billing. We are doing a charge back. This company is TERRIBLE! BEWARE!
