same here! we have a large company that does shipments every day. I have recommended that we remove this company from our carrier selection. they suck and have had my material for several days now.

FedEx is one company they seem to ship for as a 3rd party. Expect your package to be delayed. This has been a nightmare to get this project completed as it's delay after delay after delay, with the packages sitting in their warehouse just waiting. Unbelievable and unacceptable. Talk with your shipping company to make sure they avoid using this company as a 3rd party shipper before you complete whatever order you are about to make, or, just expect at least a 1 week delay for your shipment. This company is the worst. They kept delaying my shipment with no answer as to why. They had my order in my city where it was set to be delivered to for days and would not deliver. WHY? I do not know! Customer service said they had it set in the truck when I called early morning however, they STILL did not deliver. 2 weeks delay!
