I was extremely upset this morning but I will say that this local office did their best to fix the situation. The customer service 800 number gave me some misinformation two days ago about our delivery, and when I called this morning, they were not helpful at all. However, my husband called the local number and explained the situation, and Ron actually switched trucks to get my delivery here on time, which I very much appreciated! Unprofessional, and rude delivery driver, who thinks it’s ok to yell at your customers and throw a tantrum.
I only gave one star because that’s the only way I could have a comment. I would never use this place again. My order has been sitting at there place for over a week. The second day I called to make arrangements for delivery but the days I was off work they didn’t have enough shipment close enough to me to bring it. This location is probably 30 to 35 miles from my house. They pushed it out until some orders built up. Supost to be here today!!!! Not much faith in them.
