I am extremely disappointed with my recent shipping experience. I paid approximately $400 for shipping, and the delivery timeframe was advertised as 3–5 business days. Unfortunately, my shipment took a full week to arrive. Tues 16th- June 24th. There were no weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances that would justify the extended delivery time. My large box looked like it had never been on a truck, it had no marks or dents on it. They did a fantastic job. It went from Oregon to Nebraska.
