The guys were really great, unfortunately my equipment was scratched up from forklifts transferring truck to truck. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars.
The customer service at the Owatonna location is great, however they can't make up for the terrible service and delays caused by the other service station. unfortunate.
Devin and Kim were very helpful and courteous and polite and very accommodating
Friendly staff and amazing people
Product was picked up, shipped, and delivered on time. Only issue was caused by initial warehouse using poor quality pallets that did not hold up to the weight. Deliver driver and Owatonna, MN staff were amazing to work with
