I used ABF Freight’s U-Pack shipping cube for my cross-country move, and it was a great decision. The process was seamless and communication was professional throughout. When they weren’t able to unload the cube at my final destination, they held it at their local facility for several days at no additional charge and provided a substantial discount. I used that savings to hire movers to unload my items. That level of customer service really stood out. Highly recommend.
Here are my issues with this company. You're quoted one price, billing invoices you for much more. Some of their agents aren't prepared for white glove deliveries. Items sit at th3 terminals far longer than they should. Rude delivery drivers in different states. Pricing is a hit or miss. Always and I mean always check your quotes against your invoices. Just because their warehouse states a different weight, doesn't mean it's correct.
