They were insanely rude! We used them while moving and I thought the trouble in the beginning was bad but once we got here they treated us terribly. They didn’t communicate with us at all and whenever we contacted them to schedule a drop off they either didn’t care or didn’t put it in correctly because a week after the initial contact they just somehow didn’t have our drop off day down and then we finally got a day down for the second time they just didn’t show up when they said they would. Very pleased with the customer service. Guys were very helpful, let me pull into the facility, helped me loading a somewhat odd package onto a trailer, and threw a free pallet to secure my load. Highly recommend- great company.
Reviewing as a U-Pack customer: Each time I called with questions or to schedule delivery, the employees were very helpful and polite. The night before my U-Pack trailer delivery, they were able to give me a 5 hour window. The morning of, I called again and was given a 3 hour window. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone moving.
Our Shipment was scheduled to deliver Thursday 8/28 per the tracking information. It didn’t show so 8/29 we tracked it hoping it would show one day late. That didn’t happen so we tracked it and it was placed in appointment status by the freight company. Too late to do anything the day b4 a holiday weekend, we called ABF Monday morning to be greeted in the most unprofessional manner by both customer service person and the manager (Steve) at the Indianapolis branch.
