Tracking number : 3523390 The driver didn't even bother to bring the item to the door; he just knocked empty-handed and wanted to leave it in front of the garage. He clearly didn't want to put in any effort. People who refuse to do their jobs properly shouldn't be working in this service. The delivery driver clearly didn't want to work. I did my best to work with the U-Pack team throughout this process. The initial calls went smoothly, but when I reached out to coordinate with ABF Freight, the experience quickly deteriorated. The representative at the Compton, CA location was unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to be flexible. I understand that logistical challenges, such as permitting or scheduling, can arise — but the lack of flexibility and poor communication were unacceptable. Terrible experience with ABF Freight. We entrusted them with two separate shipments, but due to their operational mistakes, both were lost or mishandled. -One shipment (Pro# 151***74, valued at $3,000) was reported as lost in transit, but ABF refused to provide any proof of what happened. -The other shipment (Pro# 151***73, valued at $8,000) was mislabeled due to their own mistake and ended up being bundled with the first, effectively lost as well.
