1 star is being too generous. Company will deliver whenever they feel like it. Out of 8 pallets received; all of them were damaged. Its not hard to strap pallets in a truck while transporting and if they're loaded damaged then the customer should be notified ahead of time, but that's being too professional. This is one of the worst freight companies out there, I suggest looking elsewhere for much better options.
Hard working drivers will deliver to you on time and when they don’t will call you and make sure that everything works out
