If I could give 0 stars I would. The driver arrived 30 minutes before anticipated, he left thousands of dollars of equipment at the door with no signature. The dispatcher knew when someone would be at the delivery location, so did the driver (over two confirmation calls). The equipment was hundreds of pounds and only had a couple gals at the location working. I called the company to have the driver return and move it into the location.
