Terrible service. I waited all day for a delivery that required signature. After waiting they dropped off my freezer at my garage door without telling me. They will lie and say they got a signature from you when they didn't. Customer service told my husband they would bring it in the garage and didn't. The guy who is over delivery is very rude. They don't deserve one star.

This shipping company is terrible and has very poor customer service. They give a date with a 12 hour window of when items are supposed to be delivered causing people to have to take a whole day off from work then on the day of the “scheduled delivery” after waiting half the day they cancel the deliveries and say it’s delayed. Then they expect you to pick another day with another 12 hour delivery window with no guarantees that it will even be delivered on the rescheduled delivery date.

If you are using this company for a PCS move, please DO NOT! First of all, they are late to drop off your container on the day you are scheduled to have it. Secondly, the provided me a broken rail for moving and almost tripped several times going up the ramp. Third, when I arrived to my location, I was notified that they used the wrong truck for the weight tickets and not I am having to fight to get the proper empty weight tickets for reimbursements.
