Was great to work with and took care of my shipment
Tom and Joel provided excellent customer service in arranging and delivering my UPACK trailer. Tom went out of his way to address my concerns it was delivered timely and efficiently.
If I could give a zero out of five, I would. They were supposed to drop my moving pod off on Thursday night because I had movers hired to show up Friday morning. I hadn’t heard anything by 3 PM on Thursday and started trying to call them. All the phones went straight to an automated re-route. Pod never showed up and the movers charged me almost $600 for late cancellation. Tried calling them Friday with the same results.
