Tom and Joel provided excellent customer service in arranging and delivering my UPACK trailer. Tom went out of his way to address my concerns it was delivered timely and efficiently.
If I could give a zero out of five, I would. They were supposed to drop my moving pod off on Thursday night because I had movers hired to show up Friday morning. I hadn’t heard anything by 3 PM on Thursday and started trying to call them. All the phones went straight to an automated re-route. Pod never showed up and the movers charged me almost $600 for late cancellation. Tried calling them Friday with the same results. Bought extremely expensive doors in October from Home Depot. They chose ABF Freight. They have the doors in Idaho Falls since December 18 and I still have nor been able to get a reply nor my doors delivered and I oy live in Rigby. I would never use this freight company. If I don’t get something Monday I am going to dispute the charge on my credit card and ABF and Home Depot can fight it out.
