The entrance is on Morrissey Rd not Commerse drive.
So they said they wouldn't have a lift gate truck until this next Tuesday but said if we had a forklift they would bring it friday so we rented a forklift for 400 dollars and they never showed up. We called them and not 1 apology or reimbursement for the forklift to make this work. They never I assume entered it into there computer to be delivered on friday. EDITED 3/19/24: Customer service from their main office was great. It seems the company is having issues with their phone provider and is still giving out their office number instead of redirecting customers to the 1-800 customer service line. Everyone I talked to today was great.
It was a good experience, they know what they're doing.
