We have been in business since 1994 and I must say this ABF Terminal is the best to work with. We get items delivered to us and we pick up shipments at the terminal and their staff is always on top of it. We get notifications as requested and follow up if needed. They are easy to get a hold of and if they say they will get back to you, they do!

I had a larger package that was shipped through ABF and I was concerned because I had never had a package shipped through them. I got a call from ABF to set up a delivery. Amber was extremely nice and professional. Due to miscommunication on my part, I ended up going up to the local warehouse/ distribution center. Amber and Dianne were both extremely nice and understanding. They helped me out tremendously and quickly. Jerry was in the warehouse, running the forlift. We used ABF/ArcBest for our flooring delivery and this was hands-down the best freight delivery we have ever experienced. These were the most communicative and kindest people I’ve worked with and their service is top notch.
