Nice people. Easy to deal with. Shipping was fast and easy.
This company will leave their trailers on private property illegally. And Barry can't keep his word.
So this is my first time having to have anything shipped by a shipping company. The gentleman I spoke to on yesterday was very helpful.
The folks at the Portland depot are helpful and responsive. I've taken about 30 pallets over the past year from ABF and the LTL loads are delivered intact and without damage. I have pallet-shifting and lots of case damage with TForce, Estes, and XPO. No damage with ABF thus far which might mean that they're bracing the loads better. The lane between the Mississippi River and Portland is congested and the loads are consistently late by 5+ days. I can live with slowness.
