I went back-and-forth between three and five stars. Initially, I was giving this company three stars because of the fact that I was given inconsistent information. On the date of pick up, the truck came without notice. I was not home, had not secured my contents, and had my personal lock on the outside. They were good when we got to the location, it was easy to access and load the U-Pack, however they were supposed to deliver it to our house and change their minds at the last minute and said that they couldn't deliver it because the streets were too narrow. We have had you packs and U-Haul storage boxes on our street before and it's never been a problem so I don't know why it was this time. Projected Delivery Date online just keeps changing automatically to the next day at the end over every day. Our shipment is over 1 month late now and shows that it is sitting at the local distribution center.
