Our experience with this company started out great. They dropped off our POD in Virginia, I packed it with my late uncle’s belongings, and they transported it back to Arkansas without any issues. Unfortunately, everything fell apart when it came time for the final delivery from Springdale to our home in Goshen. We were given a delivery window of 12–4 PM. I didn't have a forklift available so I scheduled for pickup of my freight at their terminal items arrived undamaged and they were able to load my trailer. very satisfied with the entire process
