Previously I had only dealt with ABF Freight for pickups at the Montville, NJ facility which were always a great experience. This was my first time shipping with them. Having no experience doing so, I reached out and spoke to Karen at the Montville location. Terrible company to work with, stay away at all cost! We shipped tens of thousands of dollars of product with them weekly. They would randomly stop delivering our freight and hold freight hostage if some invoices were slightly past due (1 week or less past due) . They call the receiving customers and inform them that they can't deliver because a few invoices are past due. Linda Arias is a especially nasty person to deal with. I have to thank Karen who answers the phone and really helps with difficult situations. She is knowledgeable and efficient and was able to help me work through a very bad delivery situation caused by DoorNMore ----a company that no one should ever buy from. Without Karen I probably would not ever see my $10,000 door!!! thanks for a job well done

Excellent experience with ABF Pine Brook. I was having all the troubles with a site delivery and I received excellent response and assistance from Joey in operations with our company pickup. The delivery and pickup services via this branch have always served our company well.
