I am extremely disappointed with the carrier's service. They lost my order and refused to take responsibility for it. As a result, I have lost time and money. I cannot trust this carrier to handle any of my shipments in the future. I would strongly advise anyone considering using this carrier to look elsewhere. This has been a terrible experience and I would not want anyone else to go through it.
Spokane ABF very slow freight company. There is very little to no customer service. I do not recommend using this freight company. Freight will take twice as long as needed to ship something with them.
Moved at a cost of over $5000 for 10,700 lbs according to the contract. Everything was damaged on arrival and I mean destroyed. They offered us $50 initially then increased it to $500. We will be going to court.
