This trucking company: the dispatcher loaded my product 3 times. Each time the driver said my product was too heavy to unload. The weight of 800lbs was known in the product spec sheets . So fundamental in the trucking industry.
Late delivery dates that were pushed multiple times. My freight has been sitting in Denver for days and when I suggested I can just drive from Cheyenne to pick it up the lady from the office in Cheyenne on the phone said good luck getting them to get it off the truck. This has now made me late in getting a project done because ABF couldn’t hold true to delivery dates.
