Joe was my driver and he was great! From calling to provide an ETA and verifying our address to going the extra mile and helping get my package into my garage. The entire interaction felt warm and genuine. 10/10
Chris was the best. He arrived as scheduled. Even contacted us a head to make sure we were home and gave an ETA. He went above and beyond to make sure our delivery was safe on our driveway. I highly recommend ABF. He was personable and friendly.
Outstanding effort to go above and beyond. Chris contacted me and was transparent and accurate regarding his arrival time. He showed up and saw the grade of my driveway made delivery unsafe. He called in a forklift as he knew how to operate the vehicle and promptly placed the 2,000 lbs pallets in my garage. Never any complaints but rather only offered solutions, Chris represents ABF well and did a fantastic job.
ABF Freight did a great job delivering my package. They were nice on the phone. Communication was great and the delivery driver Chris notified me when he was around an hour out and then contacted me when he arrived my location. Chris did a good job, unloading my package directly into my truck. I highly recommend them.
