Confirmed time and date for pickup. Day comes they are behind and will pick up 2 hours later. They don’t show I call again they will be there in about 2 hours. That time passes they don’t show up I call again and they will get it but can’t weigh it because the scales will be closed. I paid 6000$ to have them move me and if they don’t weigh my shipment I don’t get reimbursed. I will be updating this review as the shipment gets picked up.
Delivery guy was great and on time.
When talking to the dispatcher in the morning prior to the delivery, it appeared unavoidable that it had to be rescheduled due to the size of the pallets that seemed too big for the gate lift truck. However, the driver “Ray” managed to arrange the pallets in a manner that he would be able to unload them regardless. When the dispatcher called me back with the good news, I immediately knew that the driver was very professional and caring.
