Was trying to get information on their trailer rentals for moving but mid question I hear the girl hang up the phone. Must be pick and choose who the employee feels like talking to for the day.
The people I’ve talked to at ABF were all very helpful, but it appears the Saginaw MI hub is understaffed so a terminal pickup was difficult since I had to wait until the drivers returned from their route to load me up.
Good solid LTL trucking company, with many quality employees!
