So this is The Home Depot's preferred freight-line hauler for the South West Virginia region. I ordered a large 350 lb item on Home Depot’s website on June 19, 2025 that cost $1,236.25. ABF picks up from HD’s fulfillment center in Aurora, IL on 6/21. On 6/24 I get an email that the item is delivered to my home address , except only that IT WAS NOT DELIVERED.
